No Social Security number? No credit history? Illegal? NO PROBLEM! COME ON IN! Last week Bank of America expanded its program to 51 Los Angeles branches in Los Angeles County, home to the largest concentration of illegal immigrants in the United States. The bank plans to roll out the program nationally later this year.
Sounds like a great way for a legal resident to get a credit card not tied to his SS number...hehehe.
It's been all over the news,and apparently,quite legal.

All that has to happen now is for Bank of America clients to take their accounts elsewhere. Then see how fast BoA management reverses its decision.

Years ago, I was banking with BOA. Then I heard it was bought by China. I have never banked with them again.
Yes, it's legal and it's another way to augment identity fraud and assist international terrorists. You're right - why bother Homeland Security since Chertoff could care less about the massive illegal invasion into the homeland.
Right - the next step will probably be to put a ceiling on their interest rate because that's discrimination. Only citizens can be financially raped with 18-21% rates.

When they get amnesty later this year they will get their SS number and be totally legal. That is the Bush solution to the illegals problem -make them all citizens and they are no longer illegal - problem solved.
Of course, then they can unionize and get full wages, which will make them unwanted by the new slave owners at the Chamber of Commerce and Wall Street so that we will have to import millions of new illegals from Bangladesh who will work for lower wages and yada yada.

Me, too. I'm afraid it's reached such a state that we're almost beyond shock. I never understood theater of the absurd before but now that I'm living it I think I'll give it another try.

Combined with a democrat congress, it shall be a complete disaster. it will be like the final scenes of "Titanic" for many of us conservatives. i wouldnt be surprised to see a number of us, over 50 or 60 or so, moving and retiring to New Zealand or somewhere in the South Pacific!
