AMSTERDAM – If Muslims want to stay in the Netherlands, they should tear out half the Koran and throw it away. And they shouldn’t listen to the imam. Faction leader of the Freedom Party (PVV) Geert Wilders said this in an interview with daily newspaper De Pers on Tuesday.
He said the holy book of Islam contains “plenty of terrible things.” Wilders said once again that Islam is a violent religion. “If Mohammed lived here today, I would propose he be tarred and feathered as an extremist and driven out of the country,” he said.
The politician wants to impress on people that Islam is “the greatest danger threatening us.” He says that other political parties avoid topics like this. “Everything we are proud of, we are selling to the devil. Former head of the Mossad Efraim Halevy says that World War III has begun. I would not use those words, but it’s true,” said Wilders, who in the past has voiced his fear of a “tsunami of Islamisation in the Netherlands.”
Wilders: “Take a walk down the street and see where this is going. You no longer feel like you are living in your own country. There is a battle going on and we have to defend ourselves. Before you know it there will be more mosques than churches!”
Suicide attack planned on Wilders

AMSTERDAM – MP Geert Wilders was threatened with a suicide attack last week. Two young men reportedly planned to shoot the politician down and detonate a van full of explosives next to the politician. “Many innocent people were to die in the chaos.”
This has emerged from the report Wilders filed with the Haaglanden police. A warning of the attack planned for either The Hague or Amsterdam came via the anonymous hotline for crime tips. A similar, but less detailed, death threat came in via the hotline this week. It is unusual for this hotline to be used to announce death threats.
The initial, very concrete warning spoke about an attack planned for early February. Wilders would first be shot, and then a man would drive a white delivery van into the victim and detonate the 500 to 600 kilos of explosives in the vehicle.
The perpetrators reportedly got the explosives from a contact in the military. The rest of the material was bought on the last Monday in January from DIY chain Gamma in The Hague.
The person who called the hotline said that the perpetrators were not fundamentalists, but “just wanted revenge.” Wilders has been under heavy personal protection for some time and says that the number of threats to his person have doubled since his party won nine seats in the parliamentary elections in November.
A politician that not only gets it, but says it.

The march of Islam against western world values is so obvious. The sad part, as alluded to in the article, is the decline of the churches in these places. As they slumber the thief comes in the night to kill. Those brave enough to sound the alarm will be the first to go.

Looks like that survival gene from the last ice age is starting to warm up in Euroland. If this sort of rhetoric continues I'd imagine the Euro's have a chance.
It always amazes me how Islamists use the freedoms of the West to advocate for "rights" they would immediately deny others if they came to power.
But then, they learned well from their leftist enablers...
He has only 700+ days to destroy the islam terrorists before something really terrible happens to the U.S.....like Pres. Rodham-Clinton.
I have no doubt that the aformentioned unspeakable could happen...there are enough stupid people in the U.S.(on both sides BTW)that can make it happen.
I think Europeans are going to end up deporting millions to the Middle East and North Africa.
The Koran is the one religious writing that is used by the Muslims to the exclusion of all other historically recognized theological texts. They have no recognizable interpretation of the Ten Commandments, for example, which would tend to negate about half of what a schizophrenic madman wrote (or dictated) to a bunch of sycophants who trailed him around breathlessly, hanging on his every word.
The Koran is coached in language that simultaneously seems to spread a degree of good will to all mankind, yet carries an implicit threat of do it the way you are told, or die for your intransigence. Man, not God, metes out these vengeances, swiftly, right here on earth, without any kind of appeal process or mercy. Worse, Islam does not in any way separate church and state, the religious authority is synonymous with the government authority.
The islamo-wackos can't kill everyone. If the West stood up as a whole and confronted islamic extremism like this man is doing, the 'religion of peace' might be more inclined to actually practice the 'peace' part.
