This is not a spliced video. It is an excerpt of a documentary that was on T.V. before it was posted at YouTube.
He was speaking directly to the firemen when he said pull it.
They even used that term in the beginning of the excerpt to have WTC6 pulled.
Then you don't know what splicing is.
If you are maintaining that this video is one, continuous unbroken shot and not cut or spliced in any way, then I'm not sure where to start.
Do you know what a camera is, and how it works?

You keep using the word "pulled" as if we agreed on its meaning in this context. Hint: we do not.
I am employing "pulled" in its common English acceptation and you are employing it in the parallel "Truther" fantasy meaning.
