Are you planning on coming to DC on March 17th? I'll be there to support our troops against the anti-war crowd. Everybody is always up in arms about how horrible our government is but don't go any farther than their keyboard. I know that we all have jobs and families, but what sacrifice have we made? I've sent money, care packages, phone cards etc. But that was just a monetary sacrifice. I want a chance to pit myself against the anti-war, anti-American crowd. My son went with me once to keep me from getting into trouble, he's deployed this time so I'm going stag.

With all due respect, forget Washington DC. The most you could hope for is a million people and even then it would not be impressive. We need it to happen all across America, at every level.
Even if you get a million people the MSM will say the turnout was lower than expected and find a dozen or so counter-protesters and present their side of the story.
Things like the million-man march only work once, maybe twice, then they are no longer news. Or the MSM finds a way to blunt them.
No, we've got to find a new and unique way to express our anger and frustration. I'm thinking. Electing Newt as President will be a good start, but I don't want to wait until 2008!
