I understand they have to have had a checking account at B of A for three months with no overdrafts.
Even a stupid person can see the benefit of depositing 50 bucks in a checking account, leaving it alone for 3 months for the opportunity of getting a credit card with a minimum of $5000 credit... Run it to the limit and bail out...create a "new" identity and starting all over again....
It's done all the time...
