At Irans Fars News Agency, LGF readers tipped me off to a blatant Photoshop fraud in an article claiming to have discovered US weapons in Iran: Terrorists Use US-Gifted Arsenals. (Beware. The Fars News site resizes your browser window without asking, and may attempt other more sneaky things.)
TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Following a Saturday report about the use of US manufactured weapons in the recent terrorist operations in Irans southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan, a security official provided FNA with a photograph of the said weaponry.
These arsenals have been confiscated during a raid on the hideout of a terrorist group known as Jondollah in the provincial capital city of Zahedan on Thursday.

Obvious enough? A close look (actually, you dont have to look that closely) shows that many elements of this picture are cloned over and over. LGF reader Dar ul Harb has a Flash animation showing how it was done.

P.S. Dont forget to Digg this post.
lol...i hope that is a true article...
We should be shipping weapons to insurgents in Iran, and we shouldn't be shy about it. And it should be a heck of a lot more weapons than are pictured here.
Id be happy to know we were supplying them anyway.
I hope to gawd that some idiot news reporter pushes this and some Dumbicrat falls for it!
The LGF post has been linked to by the majority of high traffic blogs and is creaking under the load.
This is a true story, Iran caught in crude fauxtoshop moment. Granted, it's probably good enough to fool the local audience it's directed towards, I'm sure the mullahs wouldn't permit any contradiction.
But the story is spreading far and wide, I'm sure it'll be common knowledge in Iran soon.
These people severely underestimate the power the American public has with the Internet. No wonder the MSM is buckling.
Quick- Call Dan Rather! Another fake but accurate report
Gee, that looks like a bottle of baby milk in the back...
My cat could have done a better photoshop then that
Would you introduce me to your cat?
I've been meaning to learn Photoshop...
