Be it Costa Rica or the United States, the big wave in immigration is responsible for much of the crime rate. Morton Grove type gun control laws invite more crime. Kennesaw Mountain type pro-gun laws deter crime.
So the Dems favor liberal immigration policies and more gun control laws and.....more crime.

It's actually the City of Kennesaw, in Cobb County GA.
Back when I was a federal law clerk in the 80s, I worked on the case that declared that ordinance constitutional.
