This is prolly a good thing, in that when the people being "cured", die of the disease, others may begin to see reason, but then again, these morons may be too dumb to even recognise a pattern.
When the "cure" fails on somebody he'll insist that there's nothing wrong with the treatment then claim that allah simply did not will that particular person to be healed. That's how they think in the Islamic world. Just watch and see.
