Rhode Island Attorney General Patrick Lynch says his state should recognize the gay marriages of state employees performed in Massachusetts.As opposed to not recognizing gay marriages of non-state employees???

The article doesn't say....but would the 'spouse' of a gay employee now be entitled to the pension benefits of that employee? If so, I bet their actuaries are busy right now.

Maybe we here in Georgia can recognize gay unions performed in Massachusetts. After they satisfy the 98 year residency requirement, in Massachusetts!
