I have to laugh at those who don't understand that appointing justices who will overturn Roe v. Wade is the most plausible way of recriminalizing child murder. The only problem is, we never get a litmus test, and therfore get screwed (more Republican appointed pro-aborts on the court now than Dem appointed ones). However, Duncan Hunter has said he would have one.

I agree with your take re: the justices. It is indeed all about the justices, something pro-choicers well understand.

Duncan Hunter has to win to appoint one and he can't win.
