Even great guys like Ivan are wrong on occasion. As he's 3,500 miles away and hasn't had the misfortune of observing Rudy Giuliani up close for the past 15 years, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.
He'd be better served, on this occasion, to let us handle this and sit back in bemused annoyance, though.
