I meant to tell you he is Rep. Ted Poe from Humble, Texas... a former judge in Houston, who has spoken out against the prosecution of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean.
Although now I think he would be perfect for AG, so need to find another Veep for Duncan....:)
