What I was wondering..............
The images/video were evidently obtained via the Internet (thanks, AlGore) and may have come from overseas. The USPS also gets involved in some of these cases.
He was arrested on federal charges. It's likely some or all of the material came from overseas.
because ICE combined customs and immigration criminal investigators into one agency-it makes no sense but that's the way it is-i spent 21 years in INS enforcement and hardly ever worked with customs-customs has primary jurisdiction on child porn originating overseas-this makes it clearer why the scum in the aclu took up the lawsuit involving nambla-the aclu are a bunch of degenerate communist lying scumbags and America haters-but ask me how i really feel about them :))
ICE has been given responsibility for enforcement of Customs laws as well as Immigration. they therefore enforce federal law concerning the importation of porn. BTW they also have responsibility for investigating the "I'm an african prince and I'll pay you a lot of money if you just cash a check for me" scams. (although they don't really have the time or resources to deal with those crimes)
