Vanity: Did O'Reilly call Sen. Schumer a Conservative?
The O'Reilly Factor

Did I just hear Bill O'Reilly close his segment with New York Senator Chuck Schumer by saying "Chuck Schumer... if you're looking for a conservative, there he is"?

O'Reilly thinks he can have it both ways, pander to conservatives and pander to liberals. He has been trying to expand his audience for some time. It won't work. He is alienating many conservatives and the left will never trust him. Like Geraldo Riveria, O'Reilly is an electronic carnival barker.

Why waste your time listening to Bill O's utterances?
He's an "infotainer".
Just look at those mean little beady eyes.

Schumer wrote a book, and was pushing it on the O'Reilly Factor. The book is designed to make readers think the democrats are the Conservatives, and the Conservatives are the real party of all sin.
It's left wing propaganda. That's why O'Reilly called him a "Conservative". He was trying to get Schumer to admit his real liberalism, or claim he really believed in the Conservative principals in his book.
To: Political Junkie Too
Well, compared with the previous governor of Illinois, King George the RINO, I'd say Chuck Schumer might be called conservative.

His "sarcasm" didn't work, then. His isn't the forum for throwaway sarcastic lines. Leave that to H&C.

Yes, Schumer takes a tough stand on illegal immigration in his book (it's just a book after all, not real life) so O'Reilly was razzing him about it.

They started by talking about Hillary!, but then shifted to Schumer's book. O'Reilly gave Schumer "the last word" to which Schumer said "The last word? I have so much to say!". O'Reilly replied "That's why you have to buy the book! Alright, Chuck Schumer, if you're looking for a Conservative, there he is." He then teased the next segment before going to commercial.
