Upon what basis? He's had far more experience in Washington than Reagan or Bush did.

Representative is a far cry from Chief Executive of a State as large as California or Texas. It is not about experience in Washington, it is experience being a CEO.

It is not about experience in Washington, it is experience being a CEO.

While I agree that it is preferable to have administrative experience, I remind you that Lincoln, Nixon, Ford, and Truman had none while Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and GWB had been governors, and no, I don't think GWB has been an effective administrator.

The Presidency is about communication and leadership, not pulling levers.
