HTML Problem.

This works:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/keyword?k=globaljihad

This doesnt"

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/keyword?k=GLOBALJIHAD

And any url that ends in capital letters, (ie I just had a url that ended in =ENG and therefore it didn't work because of the capital letters) is not working.
