I followed up on your call. Just talked to C-Span. They told me, "Right now, it's set for 8:00." I asked if that meant it's possible the telecast could be shifted and was told yes, it is still very much subject to change. Come on, everyone! Get on the phones. Let C-Span know that we want to hear Duncan's speech!

Yes, I was on that thread. I've also been on the horn about this too. I'm still left with non answers. :(

Apparently 'subject to change' according to c-span. Just keep your eyes or tapes set to c-span sometime this evening.
