Rudy Giuliani: The Knight and ‘The Queen’ (11/28/2001)

Rudy Giuliani: The Knight and ‘The Queen’

According to The London Times, New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani gives kisses before he leaves every morning, but to neither his estranged wife, nor his girlfriend. Instead, says The Times, “Sir Rudy” gives a peck on the cheek to the two homosexual men he’s living with.

“We always get a little kiss, it’s cute,” says wealthy car dealer Howard Koeppel, with whom Giuliani has been sharing an apartment since June. When Giuliani was recently knighted, Koeppel tells The Times that he told “Sir Rudy” to call him “Queen Howard.” Koeppel (63) and his homosexual lover Mark Hsiao (41) have been comforting Giuliani, and trying to make him laugh, in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks.

On the way to a recent fundraising dinner for the pro-homosexual state lobby group, The Empire State Pride Agenda (ESPA), Koeppel ribbed Giuliani by saying that if the ESPA was able to raise $100,000 donation for the homosexual victims of the September 11 attacks, Giuliani should agree to appear on Showtime’s controversial Queer as Folk dressed in drag. Surprisingly, Giuliani agreed.

Marty Algaze of Gay Men’s Health Crisis once summed up Queer as Folk — a show that touts graphic sexual activity as one of its biggest draws — as one that would “shock a lot of people.” Showtime’s Queer as Folk was inspired by the original series in Britain, which featured a storyline in which a 29-year-old man has a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

The propensity to shock people is not new to Giuliani, who likes to dress in women’s clothes as a stage act, and even did so once at a Pride Agenda fund-raiser.

According to the Times, Giuliani has attended every “gay pride” parade in New York during his eight years as mayor. In 1992, during his first run for mayor, Giuliani took part in a homosexual “pride” parade that included a contingent of pedophile activists marching behind a banner for NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love

Association).

OK, today I worked for 15 hours, drove my head off. I got home, had a sandwich then went to sleep around 6pm. I had this weird nightmare and I just woke up a few minutes ago for some reason.

I couldn`t believe it was only 8:30pm as I thought it`s got to be at least 1AM so therefore I must still be sleeping and the nightmare continues.

This article confirms that.

And people think this guy should be the REPUBLICAN nominee for president? Are they totally nuts? I read Robert Bork's "Slouching Toward Gomorrah" which just about sums this up. It should be required reading for any Republican primary voter in 2008 who's considering voting for Guiliani.

The only thing I see here is that the guy has a sense of humor and some gay friends who care enough about him to let him stay at their place. Jesus associated with and stayed in the homes of notorious sinners as well. It certainly didn't disqualify him from forgiving your sins.

As for dressing up in women's clothes, there is a great tradition of that in this country, as a source of humor, from Milton Berle to Bob Hope to Dustin Hoffman.

These sorts of attacks are ridiculous and counter-productive. Look where it got attacking the prose of Jim Webb last year. One of the most consistently conservative senators in the senate got taken down because ordinary people thought this sort of thing was overreaching.

You are doing Rudy a favor with these ridiculous insinuations, because they say a lot more about you and your level of intolerance than they do about Giuliani.

So, because Bush has behaved like a liberal, the answer to nominate someone even more liberal as the GOP nominee?

What kind of tax increase do you think Rudy will suggest to solve the alleged man-made global warming problem he espouses?

Its nice to see George Soros funded smear websites are suckering in the Rudy haters.

Rudy is such a flaming liberal, I'd be surprised if Soros wasn't funneling money to him. He is certainly the darling of the drive-by media -- for good reason.

And, what in the world does Soros have to do with conservatives defeating a radically liberal Republican and nominating a conservative?

Four years of Hillary would do less damage than eight years of a liberal Republican and/or another Democrat.

If conservatives are dumb and deluded not to fight for a conservative nominee for President, then we deserve to be stuck with Hillary.

Wait til the Rudyites get here, they'll say its no big deal because Rudy is the ONLY one to save us in the WOT, nothing else matters.

they are ready for war

"They" are in an all out war mode already going as far as to personally slander anyone who comments about these type things.

One of the "mean girls" went on a tirade after me, and a couple others the other night accusing us of bragging about sexual escapades, actually going as far as saying we bragged about "bedding strange men" REALLY. ITS A TOTAL LIE, Never happened ever! This was to call us hypocrits for "judging" Rudy.

This is becoming a very nasty war.

How is that going to help?

Because if 2006 told us anything, it is that we are vastly outnumbered by the perverts, losers and opportunists. We cannot win a national election without at least some of them. They find Rudy and McCain palatable. I don't like McCain. So I'm willing to throw Rudy out there and let him be the leader who helps us get the majority back.

You cannot change the cuilture by changing politics. You can change politics by changing the culture; a concept the MSM fully understands, but is completely lost on the religious right for some reason.
