That count was probably just the tip of the iceberg.
A swarm of insects will sting-bite you up so fast that by the time you get beyond a certain count the other sting-bites on the skin are already blending into each other.

For 6 mil, I'd let a few thousand of the little bastards bite me.
LOL, your too funny, but I agree too.

My guess is that she didn't sleep tight.

Don't get me started, my ex-girlfriends daughter was dating some guy in Queens and brought them to my home.
Multiple sprayings, furniture and beds thrown out, beddings thrown out or washed multiple times in hot cycle, numerous other precautions, etc.
They're still here, I'm going to lose my mind.

You would think such swank $300 a night hotels were sanitary. Apparently not at the luxury chain Hilton. shudder>

That's what got me. Who would sit (or lay) still long enough for that many bites?

They "feed" on your blood while you sleep, only at night and you wake up like she did. It's no BS and they can survive up to a year with no "feeding"

Wonder if the previous occupiers of the room were illegals from south of the border?

Yep. They're opportunistic feeders and come out at night for their meals. As this singer's experience indicates, even high end hotels can suffer parasite infestation. Paris not the sort of the city that comes to mind with episodes of this nature.

My mom used to tell me "sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite.!"
I found it very hard falling asleep as a child......
However, every time I got caught with a flashlight under the covers at least I had an alibi.......
