Make it what i call a "reflective" strike.
This means that whenever the next mullah country, and there will be more, decides to embark on building nuclear weapons, they will reflect on what happened to Iran:
Mullah #1: This technology will make us invincible in the Middle East
Mulllah#2: yeah, who would have known we would have taken over France so quick.
Mullah #3: Uh...but look what those friggin' crazy Americans did to Iran, my brothers.
Mullah #1: Hmmmmmm...okay. We stick to oil.
