TRANSLATION: Her bills aren't getting paid.

While that is certainly one possible reason for a lawyer to dump a client, there are others. For example, the lawyer may learn that a client is planning to lie under oath, or the lawyer may decide that the case is so without merit that s/he risks sanctions for pursuing the matter. It can even be simple, such as the lawyer deciding that the unpleasantness of putting up with the client isn't worth the fee.

In any event, it usually isn't a good sign when multiple lawyers dump you.
