This agreement is not a sign of anything positive for US. We should not have to be signing stinking agreements with anyone in a war, especially the Iranian backed shiites in SadCity.
The only agreement should be one of unconditional surrender they sign over to American Forces.
More games and hoops our troops have to play and jump through in addition to fighting a war. We bomb Sadr City for 48 hours and they will beg us to tell them what we want them to do
