Yep, when the rats run now the holes are covered up.
Actually IMO, it is amazing such a small troop surge is having that much effect, well it is all in Baghdad I think. Anyway there is something good going on over there.

"It pays to have enough troops to cover many different parts of Baghdad at once finally." ...and only one of the five surge brigades going to Baghdad is operating. A brigade of the 1st Division(Fort Riley Kansas) is arriving in country this week.
