My uncle (God rest his soul, wherever he's at now) was an "avowed" homosexual and was a member of a football team in the early 70s called the Flaming Faggots. It's a word that the community uses to describe itself.
They should have taken a page from Obama's playbook.
I agree. At the very least they could have said something like, "Oh, that's just Ann!"
Funny how things change,,a "fag" used to mean a cigarette,,could have called Edwards that ,, might have had alot of people scratching their heads...
Everybody is missing the point here. The real question which must be answered, sooner or later, is: IS JOHN EDWARDS GAY?
Until we get a straight up answer to that question, then, I think we need to keep asking it....

Its a shame we can't say that about our current frontrunners. They are busy pandering to the MSMs and the liberals!

I regret that she used what is fast becoming the gay equivalent of the "n word" because it accelerates the process of making it into just another word that we'll soon not be allowed to say or think about by those who get so terribly offended by its use. We could call it the "f" word except the real "F" word has already claimed that usage....perhaps we could use "fa word" to denote Faggot and thus identify Edwards as a "fa word" wuss or a hypocritical shtick dreck. Frankly, Laura Ingaham's description of Edwards as the "silky pony" is much nicer. On the other hand, when we get to the new language we're developing, perhaps we could just use some nice sterile, emotionless numbers instead of words. Perhaps "342" instead of Faggot?????????
