DEI Pit Crew Coordinator Walt Smith was just on XM and he said DEI still hasn't provided him with...
a COT until today for his guys to use during pit practices. He said that DEI got so far behind on on-track testing for the COT that they haven't had time until now to get him a car. He said that it was imperative to get testing on the track done first so he agreed to wait but that it was also very important to get practice with this car in because it is totally different for them. The way the splitter and spoiler sticks out and is sharp he said there is also possibility for more injury of crew memebers if not careful. He said that they have been practicing since 7:00AM this morning and still are
