I would be in favor of this if, in exchange, the proponents of this plan were to relocate to the facilities vacated by the individuals they are so anxious to assist!

Representative Moron is probably trying a bait and switch. Bring them onshore and then pass legislation that grants them habeus corpus and access to federal courts. The Administration should take up the challenge. Get them all tried and executed, I mean sentenced, before President Bush's term ends.
