That's an interesting figure. I would think that if some major climate shift were in progress, that precipitation levels would reflect it. But no sign of that at all, over 112 years. Very interesting. Fascinating, even.

It is hard to tell from the graphs, but it looks like the coldest February since 1995.
All weather problems are caused by global warming, which was caused by Dubya, which was cause by the people who voted for him!
