No, the rest of the field (like a teenager) hates being reminded that for each conservative strong point any of the candiates have, Duncan Hunter has them all. Some of us aren't single issue voters. When you buy a product, compare one to the other, which do you take? The one that has 10 plus qualities or the one who has one or two? We're just taking the best one offered. This is a primary...a year away. Why should we sit back and let the media and a few here pick a non conservitive candidate for the primary? We might have to settle for less in the general election, but it's insane to do so now.
They could not because his stand would be different in 2007 than it was in the 1980s. Duncan Hunter was not even in office back then so we have nothing with which to compare his current day positions.
Reagan wanted the borders enforced. He promised us that would be the last amnesty, but congress and subsequent administrations have made him a liar over something he had no control over later.

Duncan has been in office since 1980. His immigration record is consistent.

For sure.
Feminazis for Julie-Annie.
The typical RINO voter.
Gender-unspecific will vote for Julie-Annie.
Julie-Annie will put on more circus shows in Washington.
He has all the old RINO party leaders that gave us that great conservitive GW.
Uh, because that is what we did last time?
James Baker and his crowd are already arranging the coup.
He will implode about as fast as Howard Dean.
"Can't y'all find any pro-Hunter or whoever you are for articles?"
Would you go to the pro-Hunter threads if you read comments like?....."I saw a Duncan Hunter for president bumper sticker on a car in the parking lot of my vet's office today."
That sums it up what you'll find there.
IMHO, the Republican primaries are the time for debate and infighting, general bitching and moaning about the candidates which is all good. But in the general election we have to come togehter to beat the Dems.
Keating Five?
Good point. We probably do need more positive press coming from the Hunter team.
CHEERS!!
Dude, you should see the whole video that has one quote after another on it.

There's a transcript on Flashbunny's page. Among other places...
There's plenty of passion. DH fans lead the charge in taking on tootyfruiyrudy. That's the first task of Huntercles.
Hey, Antoninus, how about that Huntercles pic?
Yep
Here are his views..checkem out

He may considerate running, but he may not given his friendship with McCain. However, if McCain continues to trail in the polls, and drops far behind the other front-runners he may step in and run to the right of Rudy & Mitt, if they should be the front-runners by the end of the summer. I have no doubt he could raise the money for a primary campaign. He is not as conservative as some of the 3rd tier current candidates, but he certainly fits on the center right of the political spectrum. I think the hardest issue hurdle he will have to overcome, as some have mentioned in this forum before, is his strong support for the McCain-Feingold CFR bill. I would like to hear what he thinks of that bill today versus 4 or so years ago.
Not long ago he had a lead role in getting John Roberts nominated to the SCOTUS.
All of that said, I think he would be a better choice than RG, McCain or Mitt.
You can't please everyone. For someone who inspires no passion, Hunter sure seems to be able to score where it counts with actual republicans who actually vote and actually campaign to get out the vote (rather than liberal-dominated MSM push-polls), like in the straw polls in Spartanburg & Arizona.
Oh, well, go back to your sleeping, someone will wake you up when it's time to vote.
