There hasnt been room for ideological debate and Rudy has not been in a position where hes really had to talk about anything substantive.

Its all fine and dandy to vote against him in the primaries if you don't like him, but he is soaring ahead of everyone.. if he wins the nomination from the GOP. Get ready, you will have to select either Hillary or Rudy to lead us through the WOT.. personally, after the somalia incident, I don't think I can stomach how a liberal wages a war.. when the tough gets going, we tuck our tail between our legs.

Rudy, like all liberals, is treated with kid gloves by the media.

That's what has happened to some here on FR. Give it a couple of months and the *shine* will wear off.

Weve elected a president before who didnt have the tidiest personal life and it was because of his governing style, the strategist said, referring to Reagan.
Every time a Rudy apologist compares him to Ronald Reagan a Democrat gets a government handout.

On the national stage people know him [Rudy] for two things right now cleaning up New York City and September 11th, observed an aide to Sen. John McCain. McCain is known for two things on the national stage as well:
McCain-Feingold
McCain-Kennedy
.....and that's why he'll never get the GOP nomination.

With these stands, how in the world is he in the running? Three marriages??? Shacking up with his girlfriend while his wife and him still live together??? Holy mackeral what about crappy judgement? not exactly an example for the youth of today. Let him stay in new york as governor or something, because we in the south any buyin'.

Bill O'Reilly was talking about this yesterday. I think that this article much either be straight from the NYT or part of the Democrat talking points because the statements sound exactly the same. O'Reilly said that the Democrats were working hard to try to knock down Rudy's numbers because he is right now, the only Republican who would beat Hillary.
