I like Fred Thompson, but will have to mute Maxine :( she drives me nuts! Heh, do you have any idea what happened to Kearan Chetry on Fox & Friends?
Cspan is right now talking about a potential Fred Thompson candidacy. I look forward to watching FNS this morning, or at least part of it. I'm not looking forward to hearing Maxine either.
Lots of folks will be tuning in today to hear Fred Thompson.
Kiran Chetry, the big lib, now works at her favorite channel, CNN. Contract dispute.
Chetry went to CNN in January. Very abruptly. Seems she was talking to them under the radar, so to speak. Fox News found out and fired her on the spot! She started with CNN later that day. Don't know how this effected her proposed salary negotiation, but suffice to say when Fox kicked her out she probably had less to negotiate with!
Wow, I didn't know that! I really didn't take her for a liberal personally, I just felt that Fox was going that way some. They do seem to be moving back to our side though. Well, I'll never see her again. Thanks for the info!

Actually, Chetry didn't go to CNN until Feb. 15th. At any rate, I'm sure she can't wait to get started on those "it's America's fault, I feel sorry for terrorists, conservatives are evil" diatribes. She's been waiting to voice those opinions for a long time.
Her husband, Chris (?) the weatherman, left shortly after Kirin left. I don't watch CNN, except on rare occasions, so I haven't seen Kirin's performance over there. Ever since CNN played the sniper video they got from the terrorists and called it news, I have tuned them out. I DO watch Reliable sources, however, and if I get the chance today, I'll report on it's content.
She was fired because because she wanted the new host of Fox and friends fired as part of her new contract.She probably was also negotiating with CNN at the same time
When FOX goes around hiring women for their pretty faces, what can we expect? Since I'm not a man, I don't suppose it will be any surprise to you that I'm sick of the procession of pretty faces on FOX and the silly morning chit-chat.
No..don't mute Maxine..watch her..she will be so over the top in her comments that Pelosi and Emanuel will have to issue a statement disavowing them by noontime..

Yes indeed...I even rearranged my Sunday morning schedule to listen to Thompason...I doubt he'll announce...but we should get a good sense of his intentions at the very least:)
Yeah, Chris is gone too. I can only guess that he's out mowing lawns or something like that. Chetry is quite a character. A few months ago, she was on F&F talking about that very terrorist tape that you just mentioned, and she acted all outraged and disgusted by it. Now, according to Ms. Kiran, CNN is the "gold standard". That is the real Kiran speaking. She had to pretend to be halfway civilized for the past 6 years in order to keep her job at Fox.
