Pajamas Media Straw Poll Results This Week For RWN (who the Blogosphere supports)
Right Wing News ^ | 3/9/07 | John Hawkins

Posted on 03/13/2007 8:27:31 AM PDT by pissant

Earlier this week, I put up a Pajamas Media Straw Poll. Here are the results on the GOP side, from Right Wing News:

The poll resets every week, so technically, I could run it in constant rotation here at RWN. However, that seems like a bit to me. But, every 2 weeks? That might not be a bad idea.

PS: If you want to see the overall results, click on the link above and hit all. Also, there are Democratic results, but those are almost meaningless given that the PJM straw poll participants are almost all on the right.

PS #2: Yes, I do consult for one of the candidates on this list through TCV Media.

Rudy has very loud support, just not enough of it. In the end Duncan Hunter will be the nominee. Rudy will flame out, McCain has no shot and how can one support Romney after the flip flop attacks against Kerry in '04?

Thanks for posting the poll. I would be interested in seeing the same poll with Fred Thompson included.

He would dominate.

He'd be head and antlers above the libs in the race. Not sure he'd beat out Hunter or Newt.

I'm not so sure how many Hunter supporters would jump ship.

I wouldn't at this point, certainly. But I like Thompson. I think he and Hunter would make a formidable team.

It is nice to see some of us not giving up on nominating a Conservative for the GOP.

The nomination process is insane, and favors who the media wants us to nominate.

Please explain exactly what Fred Thompson has done to make him a good Presidential candidate. He can ACT like he is President but he didn't exhibit leadership qualities when he was in the Senate. Obama is the exact same way-he says pretty words without substance and has exhibited no leadership anyplace. As far as the polls, the numbers are very low and are not statistically significant. In other words, they mean nothing.
