Dear Lord.......... All those "boys" should be imprisoned till they are 18, then put to death. I had to read the article twice to make sure it wasn't some sort of sick joke. I also forwarded this to everyone I know.
Notice that the last two lines of the article tries to imply that the victim may have had it coming to him.
I read the book 'Lord of the Flies' when I was 16, and while I liked it, I just couldn't accept that a bunch of young boys would be reduced to a tribe of violent loony tunes when left alone for a long weekend.
In adulthood, I see that I was wrong.

I've stayed near this area. Beautiful homes, expensive real estate, but the usual toothless policing and lawless hoodie gangs.
Step 1, make gang affiliation illegal.
Step 2, arrest all known gang members and put them in jail.
We need to do this in the USA today. Don't wait until the gang-bangers are caught commiting crimes. We need to criminalize gang membership itself. Can't we use the racketeering laws to do this?
