1) This is evil.
2) If it's a kid, statistics say that kids who torture and kill animals tend to grow up to be serial killers.

I pray to God this girl gets the protection she needs. Someone very twisted is stalking her.

The sick and very dangerous person who did this will be found. He/she knows the girl, and had access to the dog. That narrows the list of suspects down pretty good.
It's somebody on the block or in the neighborhood, or an enemy of the girl at school.
I hope the prison sentence is nice and long.

I agree. Sooner or later they will tell someone and for the reward money they will get turned in. $5,000.00 should do it. Unfortunately I doubt that they will get the punishment they deserve.

Darned right it's evil.
Poor kid. I wonder if the "baseball bat gang" is connected.
Lets keep letting them in the country, America.

As others have said, this is sick. The person who did this is sick, there was no good reason to do this.
But once again the press is "short" on the story. Did her dog run off the lease in the neighborhood? Had neighbors complained about the dog? Was the dog taken from the house, back yard or was it wandering the neighborhood when it disappeared?
