"Notice the amount of lawyers"
Yes, that doesn't surprise me. There are few professions that breed more arrogance and lack of personal responsibility for one's actions.

"Naturally, the leftist legal lobby is suing like crazy to prevent discovery and collection of evidence."
Fair enough, but that's not going to keep the eternally hungry class-action lawsuit machine quiet for long. Where there's a deep pocket, there's a deep docket, we used to say.

It depends. Would you rather her suffer the pain of carrying the child to term, or would you rather her suffer the pains of aborting said child? I'll leave you to weigh the pros and cons of both choices.
I'm not the one who gets to decide whether a 12-year old girl who has been raped should bear her pregnancy, nor whether that would be better or worse for her. That decision belongs to her.

Murder makes the rape better.
I take that as a statement of opposition. Would you support putting a gun to the head of a 12-year old girl who has been raped, in order to force her to carry the fetus through the 9 months? If so, you truly have no conscience.

Off-duty local cops, here in York, PA have been providing security to local abortion clinics. When informed that underaged girls were getting abortions, they refused to do anything about the implication that, in order for an underaged girl to get pregnant, there is a good possibility that a statutory rape has been committed.

Good question, but HOW LONG did it take for the abuse victims to come forward against the Catholic Church? DECADES.
How will a legal system sympathetic to PP and that political mindset treat these victims? Don't bet they will be as eager to listen and act as they were against the Church.

Isn't coercion what you favor? You still haven't answered whether you support forcing a 12-year old girl who has been raped to bear the fetus.

If a twelve year old girl was raped and gave birth, would you support stabbing the baby in the head so she wouldn't have to go through the pain of raising it?

Transparent attempt to change the topic, away from the consistent and illegal coverup of statutory rape by the abortion industry.
Abortionists exploit girls, aid rapists, and kill babies (thus protecting the rapist by destroying evidence) ... all for profit. That's the truth you're trying to run away from.

She would be able to give up the baby for adoption. Now that I've answered your question, answer my question. I know you don't want to.

Nope, just pointing out the flaws in your logic. When abortion bans are addressed, it suddenly becomes a virtual impossibility that women who get raped get pregnant, but when minors are addressed, all of a sudden I'm told to believe that pedophiles are too stupid to use condoms, and that the girl would get pregnant (of course).

Yes, a twelve year old that has fallen pregnant due to rape should be forced to carry the baby to term. Murder should never be an option especially since, as you say, she can simply give the baby up for adoption.

Absolutely sickening. Don't you have a conscience? Folks like you scream foul when some stupid pill prevents a fertilized egg from implanation, but putting a gun to a 12-year old's head and forcing her to carry the fetus is okay. You care about unborn 'life', but not about children that are already born. As I said, sickening. That being said, I admire your courage in answering the question, you're the first to do so.
This kind of lunacy is exactly the reason why abortion will never be stopped in America, because people like you stoop to such lunacy.

You know, the reason why I answered your question with that answer, was precisely because I don't know what would be better. And that's why I shouldn't be the one who decides it.
But if I were that 12-year old girl, I would have an abortion. And if this happened to my daughter, I would advise her to have an abortion. There is no need for her to be reminded of the rape, day after day.
