Conservatives who are attacking Rudy unwittingly are helping the Dems and smoothing the way for a Hillary or Obama presidency, because Rudy is the only one beating the Dems. The Democrats know that and they are using the divide and conquer strategy. Nearly all MSM articles about Rudy start out with almost those caricature pictures.

If the Republicans nominate anyone other than Rudy, we WILL have a Dem president. Heil Fuhrer Hillary. Apparently some conservatives are happy with that.

Of course they are. They are so blinded by their hate that they would actually (out of spite) rather have Hillary as the president just to say "See look what I did just to spite Rudy". Then when she does something they don't like they have no one to blame but themselves when they start howling and crying.

Only Hillary is conservative enough for some people.

At this point in the race there are more important issues than winning. Rudy is a New York City Liberal, and saying that he isn't 12 gazillion times does not change him one bit.

If we were so stupid as to believe things simply because they were being said and re-said to us as often as possible, we'd all be Democrats.

I don't think this is necessarily true

"Rudy is the only one beating the Dems."

Says you and the LIBERALS.

Again.

and again.

and again.

and again.

and again.

and again.

But what are you doing to persuade voters of the value of voting for someone further to the Right?

How about blaming the pro-Rudy crowd for pushing a candidate the base finds intolerable?

Is Hillary so unstoppable that the only viable candidate is Hillary Lite?

"Conservatives who are attacking Rudy unwittingly are helping the Dems"

I disagree. Endless Rudy articles in the MSM explaining how he really is a conservative republican are helping the dems, and anyone who goes along is also a helper.

The mass media is trying to select a candidate for the RNC, one that the mass media can either defeat, or live with if elected.

Hillary already beat Rudy once, in 2000. The fact that he happened to be mayor of NYC when we were attacked won't be enough to make a difference. The Clinton camp (including the MSM) knows that he can be beaten, and will continue to push for him to be the Republican nominee.

I'm not willing to vote for one liberal to avoid another.

The election of Rudy would spell the beginning of the end of the Republican Party. At least with Hillary they won't be able to blame the liberal accomplishments on the Republicans. Also, the Republicans in Congress won't feel pressured to support the liberal policies of a Democrat president as they would the liberal policies of a Republican president like Rudy.
