Why was no one charged by the special prosecutor of violating the law (other than perjury)?

Thanks ...dont know why Lugsoul wasnts to prove the left is right on this one....A prosecutor is someone who prosecutes and I dont think Fitz showed any inclination to be "Nice"

If this is true then the CIA's own behavior throughout this entire episode is even more contemptible than I'd thought. Why is any "covert" agent (even if not qualifying under the statute) allowed to get away with manipulating a public media campaign to bring down the elected government of the USA? Why are the CIA and Fitzfong allowed to ignore Joe and Valerie meeting with Kristof and other journalists to conduct a disinformation campaign? Even if Valerie "Anna Nicole" Plame did not qualify as covert under the statute, the fact that the CIA has allowed her and hubby Joe to wage public jihad with tacit agency approval and collusion is deeply contemptible. Why was the CIA not demanding that DOJ and Fitzfong investigate Joe and Valerie's contacts with journalists PRIOR to July 14, 2003??? Why has the CIA done NOTHING to rein in out-of-control leaks and manipulation of intel which constitutes a public disinformation campaign by charlatans like Joe, Valerie, and their VIPS buddies?

In essence, the CIA has allowed Joe and Valerie to utilize "Harriet the Spy" as a club against anyone who dared to challenge Jihad Joe's onslaught against the WH. Valerie has as much credibility and character as Anna Nicole Smith..... on 2nd thought, that's most unfair to ANS.

The impression the Lame Media, Fitz, and the Dems gave us, is that by knowing anyone who works for the CIA, always holds a position classified as Secret, which is a violation of the law. And by NOT having the 'need-to-know' about a working CIA employee, then someone must have "Outed" him.

I'll bet half of Washington DC knows someone who knows someone who works for the CIA.

If by knowing about a CIA employee could be against the law because he could be 'classified' or was 'classified' is just crazy.

Fitzy would have the discretion to indict half of Washington DC if that's what the law said. LOL!

But we know that the IIPA articulated by Victoria Toensing is limited in scope because it wouldn't be practical to indict half of DC. *snicker*

Again, Fitzy didn't exercise 'prosecuterial discretion' as Lugsoul says because he had a case against Libby, it's because he had no case that violated the IIPA.
