Apparently in Germany they just knock the horns off and use everything else from the rooter to the tooter.
Most of this fare was probably developed for sheer survival.
Personally, I would have to be pretty damn hungry to eat the eyeballs or nuts of any animal.
There are a few winners, though. I could sit down to a nice bowl of menudo and a head cheese sandwich anytime at all.
Both of these delicacies make the average person want to vomit.
