Specter almost accuses Schumer of conflict of interest by being on the Dem committee that is trying to defeat Domenici in NM.
But Specter whimps out and, instead of calling for Schumer to resign, Specter says that is up to Schumer.
You missed the part where Specter said he wouldn't call for Schumer to resigned because Schumer would then say he (Specter)was tried to shut down freedom of speech and his right to speak out
Specter said he wouldn't do that .. but he would say it was a conflict of interest
