We are pleased to report that the little UHP idiot that parks his car on the hillside overlooking the Buckskin Lounge near Fredonia, Arizona on the Utah border, has now been transferred to St. George, Utah. His favorite thing was to drive down and check out all the cars at the bar and then go back to the border and wait for them to come out so he could issue DUI's. Yes it is wrong to drink and drive, but entrapment is against the law. Watch out over there in Mesquite.
The meth problem in Utah is for another day. This deserves priority.
