I can't say what I would like to about these arses. It just makes me sick. I am so glad my sons would never ever join in something like this. If you are going to do this at least have the guts to show your face. I could never have been a cop because I would not stand by and be able to see the flag burned or deal with these kind of morons. Sickening & disgusting....may they rot in he11 for this.
When I was young and in school - I remember being taught about how our nation was founded, how our national anthem came about, and how to take care of the flag - by not flying it during inclement weather, etc.
We were taught that we were to respect the flag because it represented the blood of the men and women who protected our nationa as well as all the citizens of our nation.
That was why a person was not to leave it displayed out in the rain, or leave it out at night unless it was illiminated, was not to touch the ground, etc.

This is one thing it says on the site: "The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart."
I believe we should go back to teaching these things as well as Make Every student recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the US so they can remember what a great country this is!
Perhaps we might even have less of these idiots trampling on the blood of our warriors and citizens!

It looks like the brave protesters didn't even have the guts to show their faces when they did this.
We had a group of lawyers who joined a march in Bellingham, WA a while back and when I called the paper to ask for the names, they said that the lawyers didn't want their names used. It seems to me if you are going to take a public stand on something, you should at least have the guts to put your name behind it.
When I looked at that picture, I saw my son hanging there in that uniform.
