LOL! You reject libertarianism because you need paternalism.

Riiiiight. It must be easy to be a libertarian, what with the not having to formulate rational arguments, and all.

This isn't about the jerk who threw garbage in your yard. This is about your need to prohibit anything that isn't supported by your dogma.

Okay, so let me ask you two questions to give you a chance to back your statement up with something more substantial than hot air. From a reading of my previous comments in this thread,

1) What is it that I want to prohibit?

2) What particular "dogma" is it that I hold to that cause me to want to prohibit this/these thing(s)?

You want to outlaw anything that you fear...liberty included.

Really? And what is it specifically that makes you think this?
