How do you know any or all of the 7,000 people are socialists? You don't. You are assuming they are because the most public Jews in this country are New York City liberals.
You similarly condemn the individuals because you don't like the politics of a part of that group.
That's like proposing to round up all blacks because black men are disproportionately more likely to commit a crime.

Indeed, the split of Jews voting rep/dim is very comparable to that of Roman Catholics. Do you propose the USA should ban immigration of Roman Catholics, too? Or do you limit your group-condemnation of individuals because they belong to a certain religious group to Jews?
It is a basic tenant of the USA that "all men are created equal."
No Jew, or member of any other relgion or group, is responsible for the absurd acts of other people who happen to be in that group.
Hence, whites of today do not owe reparations to blacks of today for slavery.
Roman Catholics of today do not owe me reparations for burning my namesake and multi-great grandfather alive on a stake for the "crime" of lighting candles to God on God's Sabbath.
Etc.
If you truly believe individuals should be "punished" for the beliefs of others, maybe you need to leave the USA, and go live in a country that follows your beliefs.
Like Iran. Or maybe Zimbabwe.
