come to their homes, and service them on their
govt benefits, but one N. Euroocountry,
has made it law that if a woman wants
unemployment benefits, she can't turn down
employment as a hooker...oh pardone mois!

It's not going to reach France. The Nordics are a different culture. They have hashish bars in Amsterdam. It will not happen in Paris.
There has always been prostitution in France, and always will be, but the state is not going to regularize it.
