They voted for the liberal politicians that let Arab/Islamists into France. And how would you know that?
Seems to me that the French who voted for liberals are happy with what they got and wouldn't be asking the US for asylum. I would guess these 7000 Jews want to leave France because they are NOT happy with the French liberals who let in the mooselims.

How do they do it, simple. Each one votes 15 times, and browbeats 50 Christians into voting for liberals. A Jewish electoral majority is born.
