I don't know the particulars of the cases I mentioned but I do know that the young man who was about to be arrested for murder in the United States was hurried off to Israel and remains there under the protection of that government. It happened about 4 or 5 years ago and the crime was heinous.

Samuel Sheinbein. He was prosecuted in Israel, where sentencing is far more lenient, and serving 24 years. Too little time, also the longest sentence issued to a minor in Israel's history. The issue there was a combination of the death penalty and life imprisonment for a minor. Numerous nations, most of Europe and particularly Mexico, where over 350 murders reside, won't extradite to the US for capital offences. Israel did change their immigration laws after that case, and it's unlikely it would could be repeated.

Thanks,at least he was tried over there. I had kind of kept my eye on the incident for a year or so and then forgot about it. I recalled it because that same year there was another awful murder in Boston. It was a little boy named Michael Curley?(I think).

I know the two men who killed him were convicted and I think serving life. However, they found Namblia? material in one of the perps car and the parents were suing Namblia?,claiming that the material triggered the attack. The court hassling was still going on last I heard. I was hoping the parents might prevail. Think I will go Google it.
