He is speaking about Kenites, offspring of Cain. They play a role of righteousness, holiness but work against God. Pretty good description of Soros.

The point of reprinting Soros' own words was, he sold out the Jewish people in Hungary during the Holocaust, and does not demonstrate any self guilt for his reprehensible actions.

This is the same one who attempted to buy the last U.S. presidential election - and failed.
