Hitlery won't even have to spend all her vast campaign reserves to make it happen..
The Moonbats have taken over the cave..
Oprah wants it..
DeGeneres wants it..
Letterman wants it..
even Leno wants it....
The RNC is only putting on a dog and pony show..
HITLERY WILL BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT..
when he sees all that, can anyone blame him for wanting the govt to take over his insurance premiums and health care?
we've been giving away millions and billions to the civil servants, the illegals, the elderly and we have to ask....when do the rest of us benefit from OUR taxes?
how many 85 yr old people are kept simply alive by tube feedings even though they can not speak, nor move nor even breathe effectively on their own?.....
how much are we spending so wimpy John or Joe can get his Viagra?...how many millions were spent on that little pill with very little medical necessity?
Some people buy their own private insurance and get slightly better service, but they are still forced to see doctors who don't have an incentive to be the best.
We all know of people flying all over the US to the best surgeons for specialized care. Under this silly nationalized health care proposal, no one will bother looking for the best because there won't be any doctors trying to be the best when they're limited in profit and perhaps even told which patients they must see.
As a soldier, I'm proud of being a part of this government- a real constitutional function - national defense. But, I don't want the government running anything else- especially health care.
Sorry to be so long winded. I am now on convalescent leave after my fourth surgery at Walter Reed and even though I'm convalescing near an Air Force base I can't go there because Tricare/healthnet is regionalized -- and I'm active duty, but I'm not allowed to get care on the Air Force base since I'm not convalescing near my unit, which is in another region. Doesn't seem to make much sense that an active duty soldier can't go to ANY military base for care, does it? I have to go to civilian doctors for follow-up care and therapy, which is a complete waste of taxpayer money. The point is that any time the government gets involved, there are problems and they always go with the lowest bidder. Free market medicine offers the best options for all.
Lastly: I've never seen any politicians at WRAMC while I was there, except the President and Vice President visiting soldiers. I doubt any congressmen or Senators get there medical care there like all of us soldiers. Please, don't take this as negative about the military- I am proud to be a soldier and have loved wearing the uniform for over two decades and am hoping to put back together again so I continue serving my country.
Don't forget FEMA, and the VA!!
Nothing will ever work properly in this country for the average citizen as long as our ruling class elite can force a crappy system on the citizens and opt out for themselves into something better, paid for, one way or another, by the taxpayers. Those in congress and all their cronies should be in the same health care system, schools system and every other system as they expect the rest of us to be in. Then, maybe things will work better and cost less.
when Joe the taxpaper sees all his civil servant friends getting high end medical care when they are working and when they retire in their 50's, when he sees illegals getting the same access to care as anybody who pays, when he sees that the harder he works, the more his company wants to charge him for medical insurance which in turn limits what docs he can see and what medications he can use...
when he sees all that, can anyone blame him for wanting the govt to take over his insurance premiums and health care?
we've been giving away millions and billions to the civil servants, the illegals, the elderly and we have to ask....when do the rest of us benefit from OUR taxes?
GOOD POINT!
