This is an opportunity to spend time with your son. Research the science. Show your son the difference between science and propaganda. Don't leave your son's learning in the hands of others. Don't be afraid of others telling lies to your son so long as he knows he can come to you to straighten out his understanding. You can beat the socialists so long as you talk to your son. It's not hard. The socialist's arguments are stupid and easily refuted. In fact your son may drive the teacher nuts.

I was going to post the same thing. I have 2 sons in HS, although their teachers are very conservative, they have come home once in a while and told me about some stupid comment. We talk about the other point of view. Sure you can insulate your child but eventually they go out in the world. Instead you can give them the knowledge and tools to stand up the the stupidity. Everyone talks about indoctination, I suppose if you just sit back and let the school do it all that will happen. If you take an active interest and talk to your kids and let them know that no matter what you are the boss, they understand.
