Let me tell you guys something. you shouldnt be carrying a hand gun for protection if you dont understand your states laws and your rights. The law says you may not chase after someone who has committed a crime,(like stealing) yes it might be your property but todays society says life is more important than inanimate objects that can be replaced. That store owner/manager became the aggressor and the bigger threat. The local police and staties dont want people running around shooting at each other because YES accidents can happen were innocents could and have been injured and killed. They want the police who are trained and incontrol to handle the the threat. If the police dont ever find the bad guy and nobody gets hurt thats a plus. Sucks but thats the big picture. I think ive covered everything i wanted to.
