Good luck... Chances are you can help other Family members that have the same problems because they are the same blood type. If you are an "A" and your spouse is a meat eating "B" or "O", meals are a challenge. Serve them the Liver or Steak, or Chops, and you eat Salmon ,Chicken,Turkey. You have to innovative, but it is easy after a few times.
